Duties and responsibilities:Lead and mentor a 24/7 shift-based team of Fraud Analysts to ensure high performance and continuous coverage.Manage shift handovers and ensure no monitoring gaps occur during transitions.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide technical coaching on fraud trends.Supervise the real-time monitoring of transaction alerts within the Fraud Management System.Ensure the team meets SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets for alert response times and false-positive ratios.Analyze fraud patterns and suggest updates to detection rules/thresholds to Cards and Digital payments Fraud ManagerLead the response to large-scale fraud attacks or technical system outages.Prepare daily/weekly fraud activity reports to Fraud Manager.Ability to interpret complex data sets and "think like a fraudster."Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority fraud attacks, coordinating rapid response and mitigation efforts.Job specification:EducationBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science, or a related fieldExperience3–5 years of experience in fraud detection, Risk management.Practical knowledge in EFRM solutions (SP - Smartvista – NFS- VRM ) is preferred.
