Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Heliopolis, with opportunities for remote work. The Direct Sales Agent (SA) will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves conducting customer needs assessments, promoting MetLife’s insurance products and services, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Direct SA will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications Proven sales skills with a focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targetsProficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the insurance and financial services industryStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience in using CRM tools and other sales-related softwareAbility to adapt to a hybrid work environmentMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in direct sales, particularly in insurance products, is preferred but not required
