The District Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, monitoring the team’s performance, coaching and training team members, and building strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies.QualificationsSales and Leadership: Proven experience in sales management and team leadership in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Analytical and Strategic Skills: Ability to analyze market data, forecast trends, and develop impactful sales strategies.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.Training and Coaching: Experience in mentoring and developing sales teams to achieve performance goals.Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market, distribution networks, and healthcare regulations is an advantage.2 years as district manager ( CNS or Pediatric )must resident in Alexandria Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Additional Skills: Strong organizational abilities, results-driven mindset, and proficiency in relevant sales tools and technology.
