Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Dynamics CRM Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE to develop, customize, and enhance CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF), with the ability to build custom plugins, API integrations, and UI controls to extend the native capabilities of the Power Platform. Key Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE).Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, and business logic using C# and .NET.Develop dynamic and responsive user interface components using JavaScript and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).Build and manage API integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems to support seamless data exchange.Extend the native capabilities of the Power Platform by creating custom controls and reusable components.Customize forms, entities, dashboards, views, and business processes in Dynamics 365 CE.Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system defects while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.Follow development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Required Skills and Qualification:4–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE.Strong expertise in:C# / .NET DevelopmentJavaScriptPowerApps Component Framework (PCF)Dynamics 365 Customization & DevelopmentExperience in:Custom Plugin DevelopmentAPI Integrations (REST APIs, Web Services)Power Platform CustomizationCRM Form and UI DevelopmentStrong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, workflows, and business process automation.Knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 SDK is preferred.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualification:Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications are preferred.Familiarity with Azure services, Power Automate, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
