Courses emphasize real-world, communicative goals that build confidence and fluency. 4Level1 delivers both online and face-to-face classes, serving students throughout the Middle East remotely and offering in-person instruction in Riyadh.Role Description The English Teacher will deliver high-quality English language instruction to learners, following 4Level1’s curriculum and CEFR-aligned standards. In this full-time, on-site role based in Beni Suef, the teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess learner progress, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, facilitating interactive classroom activities, managing classroom dynamics, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The teacher will also participate in training, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learner needs.QualificationsStrong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering structured language lessons to adults or young adults.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies, including designing activities aligned with CEFR or similar standards.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and build rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field; recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent certification is preferred.Experience teaching in a classroom setting, ideally in language institutes or similar educational environments.Ability to use digital tools and classroom technology to enhance learning and manage materials.Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and a learner-centered, inclusive teaching approach.Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate within a team-focused culture.
