Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Representative will engage with potential and existing clients via phone, promote and sell educational programs, address client inquiries and concerns, and maintain accurate customer records. Other responsibilities include achieving sales targets, assisting with upselling opportunities, and collaborating with the team to identify new prospects. QualificationsExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsStrong Customer Service and Customer Support abilitiesProven experience in Sales and upselling, with an understanding of sales techniquesExperience in Training or knowledge of language education programs is an advantageSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred but not requiredFluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an added advantage
