In this role, you will contribute to maintenance activities, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic industrial environment.ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and emergency electrical maintenance and repairsTroubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure fast and effective problem resolutionPlan, document, and analyze maintenance activities (spare parts, costs, downtime, repair duration)Assist in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and systemsMonitor and maintain performance of electrical systems and production machinerySupport selection and management of maintenance materials and spare partsMaintain and update technical documentation (circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, etc.)Support onboarding and training of junior technicians and new team membersReport critical maintenance issues and propose improvement actionsOperate forklift trucks and lift platforms when requiredTest and maintain essential systems including fire detection, HVAC, lighting, compressed air, water, and loading systemsEnsure full compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environmentsRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagramsGood command of English and MS Office toolsExperience with SAP (preferred)Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with SAP (preferred)What We Offer:Work in a global manufacturing environmentOpportunities for technical growth and trainingCollaborative and safety-focused workplaceSocial & medical insuranceTransportation provided
