The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply.Key Responsibilities:Develop and update operating instructions and safety precautions for laboratory equipment.Prepare and issue testing methods for different cable types.Ensure compliance with product specifications and testing standards.Review customer requirements and assess testing capability.Supervise cable testing activities and maintain test records.Issue test reports and certificates.Manage audits and inspection visits.Support laboratory accreditation activities (ISO, BASEC, etc.).Requirements:Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.Computer/Technical Skills: Advanced Excel - Microsoft Word – PowerPoint - Manufacturing Technology - Testing Equipment & Measurement Tools
