Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:Receive vehicles of all types and participate with technicians in diagnosing faults using modern equipment and tools.Identify vehicle malfunctions, explain root causes, and clarify repair methods in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.Assign maintenance and repair tasks to technicians according to their specialization.Organize repair priorities based on vehicle trips, urgency, and customer service requirements.Inspect and verify the quality and suitability of oils, lubricants, petroleum materials, and spare parts for different vehicle models.Ensure spare parts issued from the store meet specifications and that stock levels are sufficient throughout the shift.Monitor production and expiry dates of petroleum materials stored in the warehouse.Ensure correct disassembly, assembly, and repair procedures are followed and that repair quality standards are met.Review vehicles before release to ensure all faults have been properly resolved.Analyze and clarify causes of breakdowns, distinguishing between misuse and normal wear and tear.Train workshop technicians on assigned tasks, movement procedures, and emergency handling.Maintain effective communication with the workshop team and coordinate regularly with other departments.Job Requirement:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Automotive Department)Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar workshop or maintenance role.Ability to prepare technical reports and presentations.Good command of Microsoft Office applications.Fluency in Arabic is essential, and a good command of the English language is also required.
