GET Group Holdings Ltd. is hiring:#Technical_Support_Engineer #Light_Current📍 Location: #Sheraton, Cairo – EgyptEmployment Type: #Full_time#Key_Responsibilities:-Provide technical support for light current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and networking systems.-Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues both remotely and on-site.-Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems.-Assist in system testing, commissioning, and project handover.-Respond to client inquiries and deliver timely, effective solutions.-Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and service reports.-Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.#Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.-2–3 years of experience in light current systems.-Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and basic networking.-Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.-Good communication and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#Preferred_Skills:-Certifications in relevant systems (e.g., Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, etc.).-Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Milestone.-Experience with IP-based systems and structured cabling.-Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching).📧 Apply Now: Send your CV to candidate_egy@getgroup.com with Technical Support Engineer – Light Current in the subject line.
