GET Group Holdings Ltd. is hiring:ELV Technical Support Engineer Location: Nozha- CairoKey Responsibilities:Provide technical support for light current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and networking systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot system issues both remotely and on-sitePerform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systemsAssist in system testing, commissioning, and project handoverRespond to client inquiries and deliver timely, effective solutionsMaintain accurate documentation of system configurations and service reportsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessaryRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field2–3 years of experience in light current systemsStrong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and basic networkingHands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issuesGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Skills:-Certifications in relevant systems (e.g., Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, etc.)-Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Milestone-Experience with IP-based systems and structured cabling-Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching)📧 Apply Now: Send your CV to candidate_egy@getgroup.com with ( ELV Technical Support Engineer ) in the subject line.
