The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's Projects network infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include network administration, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the security of network systems, and providing efficient technical support to internal teams or clients. The role involves implementing and monitoring network performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.QualificationsFlexibility to work across multiple locations including Cairo and Ismailia2–4 years of hands-on experience in Network Administration, Network Engineering, and Technical Support within enterprise or large-scale IT environments.Strong proficiency in configuring, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and security issues efficiently.Solid understanding of Network Security concepts, protocols, and best practices to ensure secure and resilient network operations.Strong expertise in Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate Firewall administration and configurationExperience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networking.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE 4/5, Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP), or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.Previous experience in government, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise projects is considered an advantage.
