Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Cairo as a JR Telesales Specialist. Responsibilities include assisting with outbound and inbound calls, identifying potential customers, providing outstanding customer service, and presenting products and services to meet client needs. The role will also involve collaboration with team members to share best practices and ensure targets are achieved, all while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach. Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive client relationshipsCustomer Service and Customer Support experience to understand and address client needs effectivelyBasic sales skills with a talent for upselling and handling objections professionallyTraining adaptability to absorb product knowledge and align with company strategiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environmentProficiency in using telecommunication tools, CRM systems, and basic office softwarePrior telesales experience is preferred but not mandatoryFluency in English and Arabic is required
