Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for the position of JR Tele-sales Specialist. The JR Tele-sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients via phone calls, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, maintaining customer records, supporting sales strategies, and collaborating with the sales team. The role also requires meeting sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients.Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve targets and handle inquiries effectively.Training skills to understand and communicate key product knowledge or service benefits.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus.Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software is an advantage.
