Your primary responsibility will be to handle outbound and inbound calls, understand customer needs, and pitch our range of English language courses to achieve monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to warm/cold leads (potential students who showed interest online) and handle incoming inquiries regarding English courses.Needs Assessment: Consult with prospective students to understand their current English level, career goals, or educational needs, and recommend the most suitable course package.Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our course offerings, curriculum, levels, schedules, and pricing to handle objections smoothly.Sales Closure: Effectively guide potential customers through the enrollment process, handle pricing objections, and close sales over the phone.CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, call statuses, follow-up dates, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly individual sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).Follow-ups: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through regular, timely follow-up calls or messages to maximize conversion rates.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience in the educational sector, training centers, or subscription-based sales is a major plus).Language Skills: Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent command, clear pronunciation, and professional tone. Good command of English is required to understand the course structures and communicate internally.Communication Skills: Strong active listening, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to build immediate rapport over the phone.Resilience: High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
