Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist (Mass Hiring/B2) based in Cairo. The Recruitment Specialist will manage high-volume hiring needs, handling the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and training new hires. The role requires identifying and attracting top talent, fostering a positive candidate experience, and building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet organizational objectives. The specialist will also maintain recruitment metrics and use data to refine strategies effectively. Qualifications Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing to successfully manage high-volume recruitment processes.Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring teams and candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Experience in Training and guiding new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process and skill development aligned with organizational needs.Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent acquisition.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in mass hiring or B2 recruitment is a significant advantage.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
