Company Description Connectivaa Business Solutions is a hiring agency that hire on behalf of VXI company ( Gradutes )Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Call Center role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in English, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear, professional information about products, services, or processes. The team member will log and update customer interactions in the system, follow call scripts and guidelines when needed, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. Daily tasks also include following up on open cases, meeting individual and team performance targets, and maintaining a courteous and solution-focused approach in every interaction.
