The agent will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information in English. Daily responsibilities include resolving inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, processing requests, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also involves documenting interactions in the system, following established procedures and service standards, and collaborating with team members to improve processes. The agent is expected to maintain a professional, empathetic tone, support high customer satisfaction, and meet performance targets such as response time and quality scores.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a commitment to timely, accurate assistance.Ability to contribute to excellent Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.Experience working in Customer Service Representative roles or similar front-line support positions is preferred.C1-level English proficiency (spoken and written), with clear communication and professional email/chat etiquette.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with CRM or ticketing systems.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi on a full-time schedule, including potential shift work if required.Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and openness to feedback and continuous learning.Prior experience in healthcare or medical service environments is an advantage but not required.
