Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish & English Customer Service representative, located in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, provide bilingual support to clients, assist in translating between Spanish and English as needed, and deliver excellent service to maintain client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include facilitating communication, delivering training, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English for Communication and Translation purposesStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needsExperience in Training and English Teaching is considered an advantageCustomer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate within a diverse teamPrevious experience in a customer service or bilingual role is a plus
