Job Title: English Quality Assurance (QA) SpecialistLocation: On-site – One Kattameya, Cairo (Memaar Al Morshedy)Experience Level: 6 Months to 2 YearsJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented English QA Specialist to join our team at our One Kattameya office. You will be responsible for ensuring that our communication, processes, and outputs meet the highest standards of English proficiency and operational excellence. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular quality audits on English-based interactions/documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve overall performance.Identify recurring issues or "quality gaps" and suggest actionable improvements.Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports for management review.Ensure all processes align with company standards and client expectations.Joining calibration sessions.RequirementsExperience: 6 months to 2 years of experience as a QA Specialist (preferably in a BPO, Customer Service, or Content environment).Language: B2 or C1 in English 'written and verbal'Location: Ability to work fully on-site at One Kattameya.Why Join Us?
