Role DescriptionEnglish Technical Support Specialist – Call Center📍 Location: Nasr City🏢 Company:Connectiva is hiring English Technical Support Specialists on behalf of VXI.Job Responsibilities:• Handle inbound phone calls from customers professionally• Provide technical support and solve customer issues efficiently• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and system usage• Maintain a positive customer experience during callsRequirements:• English level B2 or higher• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Graduates only• Flexibility to work rotational shiftsThis role is a voice account (calls only) within a professional call center environment. QualificationsProficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.flexible for rotational and over night shifts Technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to document and resolve customer concerns efficiently.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service under pressure.Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is advantageous.Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
