What You Will DoBuild and maintain long-term B2B customer partnerships: Plan, develop and manage full-lifecycle relationships with local telecom operators and enterprise key accounts, expand new client resources and deepen existing cooperation.Lead end-to-end sales project delivery: Lead the sales team to develop targeted project strategies, oversee full bidding processes, track project execution, and drive formal cooperation signing.Control contract risks and delivery quality: Identify transaction risks for target clients, conduct commercial negotiations, standardize contract signing procedures, supervise performance progress, and continuously improve overall contract operation quality.Develop and execute regional business strategies: Conduct in-depth local market research, set clear sales targets and customer operation roadmaps, implement business plans, and adjust strategies dynamically based on market changes.3. What We Expect From YouMust-have RequirementsAt least 8 years of professional sales experience, with proven B2B key account sales experience and customer relationship development capabilities.Able to accurately identify client pain points and business demands, and deliver persuasive customized network solution presentations.Experienced in independent full-cycle sales project operation; capable of leading end-to-end business expansion or taking core responsibilities for major client projects.Possess mature commercial negotiation skills, adept at aligning differentiated client demands to reach win-win cooperation agreements.Preferred QualificationsPrior overseas market working experience.Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, Computer Science or foreign languages are preferred.Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic language capability is a strong plus for local business communication.Compliance NoteAll hiring decisions are evaluated solely based on professional competence and job-related experience.
