Estimation Engineer_Fresh Grad

Job Responsibilities:Study the assigned portion / system / division of the Tender if complete and feasible to start the bid study with and reports (review project specifications and Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced).Check the completion of tender documents.Prepare and dispatch/follow inquiries (RFQs) to suppliers/sub-contractors to solve Tender Documents ambiguities if needed.Communicate/negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors, receive offers and compare the offers technically and commercially in order to select the best offer.Prepare Technical Proposal for assigned portion and reports.Participate in implementing the policies and procedures applicable to the section.Prepare itemized lists, detailing all the materials necessary for the bid to fully comply with the specification.Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, schematic drawings and specifications using current quotations, historical information for assigned portion of the study for final approval.Review project specifications and Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced.Review the quantity surveying and quantity take off from drawings and specifications.Prepare the technical and commercial comparison sheets for the supplier’s offer in order to select suitable offer.Prepare estimates by assembling product requirements; calculating costs; applying margins to ensure that estimates address all potential safety risks and concerns.Job Requirements:BSC engineering all disciplines (Civil, Arch, Mechanical or Electrical).1+ Years of experience in same field.Excellent command of the English language.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office."Hassan Allam Holding is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Hassan Allam Holding is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
