Export Manager - pharmaceutical

We’re hiring an Export Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organization.This role will play a key part in driving international business growth, managing export operations, and ensuring compliance with global pharmaceutical regulations and market requirements.Key responsibilities include:• Developing export strategies and expanding international markets• Ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements• Managing export documentation and operational processes• Coordinating closely with regulatory affairs and logistics teams• Building and maintaining relationships with distributors and business partners• Monitoring export performance and identifying growth opportunities• Supporting product registration activities for export markets• Leading and developing the export teamRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or related field• 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports• MBA is preferred• Strong knowledge of international trade and export regulations• Experience managing export documentation and cross-border operations• Strong business development and market expansion capabilities• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills• Proven leadership experience• Good command of English
