A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Line Manager to lead a team of Medical Representatives and drive sales excellence in the field.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives• Monitor field performance and track KPIs to ensure target achievement• Execute sales strategies and promotional plans effectively• Conduct regular field visits and provide on-the-job coaching• Deliver product and selling skills training to team members• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers• Prepare and present performance reports to management🔹 Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine• 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and medical promotion• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills• Proven experience in sales planning and execution• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities• Strong analytical and performance management skills• Good command of English (written and spoken)
