You will be responsible for formulating and executing robust export sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets. This on-site role in Sharqia, Egypt, offers a unique chance to combine your strategic acumen with hands-on leadership.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.Execute marketing efforts and reaching regular sales targets by:        -- Carrying out market research activity in chosen export markets. Follow up and analysis with all the customers claims and follow-up till closed        -- Providing global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the TM.     Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing export sales team to exceed sales objectives.Identify and cultivate strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.Negotiate and close high-value international deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with regulations.Handle technical details relating to possibly international transportation, such as customs regulations and any necessary documentationManage the entire export sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a mastery of Export Sales, Business Development, International Trade Regulations, CRM Software, and advanced Negotiation techniques.
