OverviewEcolab is seeking to hire a highly motivated Finance Analyst on Limited contract base to support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities across the IMEA region. Planning & ForecastingSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual forecastsPrepare and maintain forecast input files and support loads into planning systems (e.g., EPM).Assist in variance analysis vs. plan, forecast, and prior year, highlighting key drivers and risks.2. Performance Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare monthly supply chain FP&A reports covering cost trendsSupport the creation of dashboards and standard reports for management reviewsAnalyze trends in material costs, logistics costs, and manufacturing overheads, escalating unusual movements.3. Process & Data QualitySupport data validation, reconciliations, and consistency checks across systems and reports.Help improve reporting efficiency, standardization, and documentation.Identify opportunities for automation and simplification in FP&A processes.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field1 year of experienceStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountabilityGood Excel skills and interest in financial systems and processesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment
