With 16 years of GCC experience and 500+ clients served, the team supports companies through company formation, PRO and government services, HR outsourcing, VAT & accounting, and corporate documentation, all through structured workflows built for accuracy, consistency, and reliable execution, so businesses can scale with confidence across the region.Location: Nasr city, CairoKey Responsibilities:Plan, direct and coordinate organization’s operations in line with new company setups, license renewal, compliance, and regulatory body approvals, including but not limited to new setups, conversions, sponsored and non-sponsored clients.Ensure that all company information is correctly updated in software.Clear and concise communication with internal and external customers on requirements and status of the projects.Improve performance, productivity, and profitability Client Service DeliveryInterface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.Develop effective relationships with external suppliers, embassies, and consulates to ensure full understanding of services and effective delivery; this will include visiting embassies, DED, DM and other relevant departments.Offer productive solutions to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the serviceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or related field5: 8 years of experience in company formation or ParalegalKnowledge of regulatory processesStrong communication and coordination skillsVery good command of English (written and spoken)
