Positions overview:This position will coordinate academic processes across all Zewail City graduate programs to ensure consistency and alignment with institutional policies.Job Responsibilities:Monitor student progression, including milestone tracking (coursework completion, candidacy, thesis submission, and defense timelines).Oversee and manage key academic processes such as courses/candidacy exams, thesis committee formation, and dissertation defenses.Ensure compliance with Zewail City graduate policies, regulations, and quality assurance frameworksSupport Zewail City graduate program reviews and accreditation processes .Generate and maintain accurate academic reports on student progress, completion rates, and programperformance indicators.Act as a liaison between Zewail City graduate governance bodies (e.g., Dean of Graduate Studies, Graduate Studies Council, Graduate Program Committees) and program directors/coordinators to ensure effective implementation of decisions.Identify gaps or inefficiencies in academic processes and propose evidence-based improvements. Provide guidance and support to faculty and students on academic policies and procedures . Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Management, Life Sciences, or related disciplines). Preferred Master’s degree (MSc) in Higher Education Administration, Management, or a related field. 4–5years of relevant experience in academic administration, graduate studies management, or higher education operations.Experience in a research-intensive or internationally benchmarked institution is highly desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Advanced skills in data management and reporting (e.g., Excel, dashboards, or analytics tools). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and leadership. High level of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to academic integrity.
