Job Summary:The Graphic Designer – Finalizer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing design files for professional print production with the highest standards of technical accuracy and quality. The role focuses on ensuring print readiness, maintaining brand consistency, supporting luxury packaging and promotional materials, and collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver flawless final outputs.Responsibilities :Prepare and finalize artwork and design files for print production while ensuring full technical accuracy and print readinessAdapt and optimize designs for different print formats, materials, packaging, and production requirements Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment between design intent and final printed outputsApply advanced knowledge of printing techniques including embossing, foiling, die-cuts, spot UV, finishes, and special production effectsEnsure consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and luxury brand presentation requirementsConduct detailed pre-press checks and quality assurance reviews before production approvalTroubleshoot technical design and print issues and coordinate with suppliers and printing vendors to ensure optimal resultsPrepare print-ready files for packaging, labels, promotional materials, and luxury product assetsMaintain organized project files and production documentation for all finalized materialsEnsure color accuracy, layout precision, typography consistency, and production specifications complianceSupport the creative team with technical recommendations to improve print quality and production efficiencyManage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality standardsStay updated with print production technologies, finishing methods, and industry best practicesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related fieldProven experience as a Graphic Designer, Finalizer, or Pre-Press SpecialistExpert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe PhotoshopStrong understanding of print production workflows and finishing techniquesExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality controlStrong portfolio demonstrating technical print execution and high-end production projectsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining premium quality standards
