We are currently seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Producer / Graphic Designer to join a dynamic environment within the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical sector.🔹 Important Mandatory Requirements:Fluent French speaker (mandatory) – written and spokenProven experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry onlyApplications will NOT be considered without both requirements above🔹 Qualifications:Degree / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field3–4 years experience as a Graphic DesignerStrong understanding of:Typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility in designDigital platform requirements (social media sizing, best practices, etc.)Offline media artwork and motion graphicsStrong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud suite🔹 Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputsAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCreative thinking with strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in English and French (mandatory)🔹 Scope of Work:Content PlanningCollaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Communications, etc.) to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectivesCreative DevelopmentDesign and produce a wide range of materials including:PresentationsInfographicsEmail templatesSocial media assetsShort-form videosDigital & print bannersBrand ComplianceEnsure all outputs strictly follow brand guidelines and visual identity standardsProject DeliveryAdapt global digital assets into locally usable formatsManage workflow and track progress using project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront)Deliver final assets on time according to content calendar and deadlines
