Key Responsibilities:Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, and websites.Collaborate with clients and marketing teams to determine requirements and strategize on a wide range of materials.Create visual representations of ideas for both print and electronic media.Determine the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief and present ideas to clients and stakeholders for approval.Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.Keep up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field is requiredSpecialist: 0-5 years of experience in a graphic design role.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics is essential.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).A strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is beneficial.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems like WordPress is a plus.Exceptional creativity and innovation.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.The ability to give and receive constructive criticism.Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition.
