Head of Marketing — AR-Corporates (Cairo,On-site)We're hiring a Head of Marketing to run marketing across three fronts at once: our current FMCG clients and personal branding clients, new clients from other industries as they come on, and the agency's own brand. We're specifically looking for someone with genuine creative instincts, not someone who just runs the same playbook on every account. Full-time, on-site, Cairo. The job is market planning, brand positioning and campaign management, start to finish, across online and offline, with personal branding built into that rather than tacked on. Day to day, you're running the marketing team, sitting in on planning with Sales and Operations, and catching messaging before it starts drifting differently across accounts. You're also the one turning market and performance data into reports leadership can actually use, and calling where the budget goes. Outside the daily grind, you're at industry events, keeping partners and agencies close, and looking after how the company is seen in the market. What you'd be doing:Setting offline and digital marketing strategy for existing clients, personal branding clients, new clients across different sectors, and the agency it self.Building personal branding strategy and content, for our leadership and for client founders.Planning and organizing seminars, events and local and international exhibitions our clients participate in.Scouting exhibitions and events that could benefit our clients, and recommending which ones they should join.Market planning, brand positioning and category management, including consumer marketing across local and international markets.Supporting new product development for FMCG clients, working with their manufacturing and commercial teams.Go-to-market plans across retail, wholesale and distributor channels, including outside EgyptDigital marketing — SEO, paid, email, social — plus trade marketing and activations, for clients and for us.Content that brings in leads, including content built around personal brands.PR and corporate comms — media relations, press releases, partnerships.Reading market trends and performance numbers and turning them into something leadership can act on.Working with Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing so marketing isn't guessing what the rest of the business is doing.Shaping the pitch when we go after new business.Managing agency relationships, media planning and the marketing budget.Building and running the marketing team. What we're looking for:Creativity matters more than anything else on this list.
