We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team.This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to explore different HR functions and gain hands-on experience across HR Operations, Recruitment, Organizational Development, and HR Administration in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:• Support the full employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.• Prepare and organize employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.• Assist in maintaining and updating employee files and HR databases.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and workflow follow-ups.• Assist the Organizational Development team in updating organizational charts and related documentation.• Support recruitment activities when needed, including interview scheduling and candidate sourcing.• Follow up with stakeholders regarding hiring requirements, job profiles, and recruitment workflow updates.• Assist with departmental administrative tasks and procurement cycle follow-ups, including payment approvals and procurement coordination.• Provide day-to-day HR operational support while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Requirements:• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.• Internship or previous exposure to HR is a plus.• Previous experience in Customer Service (English Accounts) is a plus.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.• Proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills.• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.• Willingness to learn and explore different HR functions.If you’re looking to kickstart your HR career and gain broad exposure within a collaborative HR environment, we’d love to hear from you.
