Qanawat Egypt has a need for a smart, experienced HR & Admin Officer to be responsible for providing full administration and HR support to Group of company. You should be sharp, a great communicator, be able to pick things up quickly, have great judgment, be hands-on about everything you do, be a top problem solver with excellent follow-up skills, be a self-starter and pay excellent attention to detail. You should be able to communicate fluently in English and Arabic. Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdministrationAnswer the telephone and perform reception duties such as welcoming visitors.Maintain the general filing system and all correspondence.Type documents, photocopy, scan, file and distribute documents as requested by management team.Arrange call conferences and video conferences.Provide support for organizing and arranging company events.Manage flight tickets and accommodation for business trips in the organization.Maintain an adequate inventory of office & kitchen supplies.Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.Maintain and supervise the cleanliness of the office premisesHuman Resource AdministrationAssist the HR Manager in all HR related mattersIssuing HR letters as per HR Manager requestManage the recruitment process, including candidate screening, conducting interviews, coordinating and scheduling interviews with line managers, and liaising with relevant HR Manager throughout the hiring process.Responsible of New joiners and Leavers process (hiring, onboarding and resignation/termination documents)Updating leave tracker and employees’ filesReconciling weekly and monthly attendance for all employees in Egypt Qualifications3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and implementing HR PoliciesProficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environmentStrong understanding of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with legal standardsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar HR role is highly desirableProficiency in relevant HR tools and software is an advantage
