Human Resource Business Partner consults and partners with key stakeholders within OINIS and to create and implement HR policy and practices. He/she provides HR insights, guidance and propositions to the business and relevant . The objective of this role is provide valuable inputs to strategic decisions to M1 and M2’s of OINIS affecting the operations & growth of a company.Utilising clarity of vision, ability to catalyse innovation, speed of decision making combined with strategic competence for the ability to drive excellence in execution for the betterment of the OINIS organisation.Establishing strong, positive relationship with related business management(M1, M2 and M3), stakeholders and PDL partner(s.)
