Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.Handle onboarding process and ensure smooth employee integration.Manage HR operations activities including attendance, leaves, shift changes, and permissions.Prepare and update recruitment trackers and HR reports.Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.0–1 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Operations).Hands-on experience in full recruitment cycle is a must.Good knowledge of HR operations (attendance, leaves, shifts).Strong communication and organizational skills.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
