Recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, Hiring)-Blue collars.Responsible of the whole payroll process inside the factory.Tracking, advise and follow up OT request Provide support to employees in various HR related to pics such as compensation leaves, payroll, medical care, .. and solve all related HR issuesManage the HR system related to hiring, resignations and leaves for factory.Prepare MIS monthly reports.Updates employees’ data & master sheets.Assist in factory employee engagement.Assist in preparing TNA and in creating the annual training plan.Manage Training cycle, prepare training reports monthly vs the annual Training plan and follow up the training impact.Conduct the exit interviews and arrange all related analysis reports. Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position for 3-5 yearsKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plusOutstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeStrong ethics and reliabilityBSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plusHR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
