Manage end‑to‑end HR operational processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contract management). Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee data in HR systems and personnel files. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and collaborate with Finance and payroll vendors. Handle HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, letters, and certificates. Administer employee benefits and support employees with related inquiries. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with labor laws and internal guidelines. Support audits and provide HR data and reports when required. Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and requests.Continuously improving HR processes for efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business administration, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or similar fast-paced industries.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and company HR policies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a team.
