Role SummaryThe HR Operations Specialist is responsible for executing core HR administrative and operational processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in maintaining HR data integrity, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across locations.Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle ManagementExecute onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-endPrepare and manage employee documentation (contracts, offers, letters)Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Facilities, Finance) for employee setupEnsure timely completion of all joining and exit requirements HR Administration & PersonnelMaintain and update employee records and HRIS systemsHandle personnel files in compliance with labor laws and audit requirementsManage attendance, leaves, and related documentationIssue HR letters (salary certificates, experience letters, etc.) Payroll & Benefits SupportSupport payroll processing through accurate data input and validationCoordinate with finance on payroll changes (new hires, exits, deductions)Assist in benefits administration (medical insurance, social insurance, etc.)Manage employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits Compliance & AuditEnsure all employee documentation is complete and audit-readySupport internal and external audits (quarterly/annual)Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policiesTrack and close documentation gaps proactively HR Operations EfficiencyIdentify areas for process improvement and automationSupport implementation of HR policies and SOPsEnsure adherence to SLAs for HR servicesContribute to improving employee experience through efficient service deliveryQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Personnel / HR AdminStrong knowledge of labor law and HR processesExperience with HRIS systems and Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrity
