We are looking for a dedicated HR Personnel Specialist join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all employee-related administrative tasks within a high-volume Call Center environment, ensuring accuracy in attendance records and professional communication always.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily employee attendance, lateness, and absenteeism records. Manage and respond to all employee inquiries and HR-related emails professionally and promptly. Coordinate with Team Leaders to verify shift schedules and resolve any attendance discrepancies. Update and maintain accurate digital and physical employee files and databases. Track and document all types of employee leaves, permissions, and vacations. Draft and distribute internal memos, announcements, and HR updates via email. RequirementsExperience: 1 to 3 years in HR Personnel or Administration (Call Center background is a plus). Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and professional Email Writing (English & Arabic). Flexibility: Full readiness to work Rotational Shifts based on business needs. Traits: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
