Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE management system in line with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standardsEnsure full compliance with local regulatory requirements (Ministry of Environment, Manpower, Civil Defense)Lead the organization toward achieving zero harm safety cultureAlign HSE strategies with business objectives and operational prioritiesConduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and job safety analysis (JSA)Lead incident investigations (RCA) and ensure corrective & preventive actions are implementedMonitor and improve leading and lagging HSE KPIs (including LTIR reduction initiatives)Ensure effective contractor HSE management and complianceOversee safety for new projects, installations, and expansionsPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE reportsAnalyze data trends and provide actionable insights to managementDevelop improvement plans to address performance gaps and risksDevelop and execute annual HSE training plans aligned with business needsDeliver awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and leadership engagement programsPromote a strong safety culture and behavioral safety practicesIdentify team skill gaps and recommend targeted development programsLead and mentor the HSE team, ensuring high performance and engagementFacilitate monthly HSE committee meetings and follow up on action plansBuild and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholdersAct as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HSE-related mattersPlan and conduct internal and external HSE audits and inspectionsMaintain all documentation required for legal and certification complianceEnsure readiness for ISO audits and regulatory inspectionsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering6–8 years of experience in HSE rolesProfessional certifications such as: NEBOSH IGC - ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor - LEAA (Rigging / Banksman)Strong knowledge of HSE standards, compliance, and regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
