Educational BackgroundA bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is mandatory.Professional Experience[1-3] years of dedicated experience in full-cycle recruitment or as a talent acquisition specialist.Language ProficiencyExceptional command of both written and spoken English is required for professional communication.Technical ProficiencyHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards like Wuzzuf and LinkedIn.Industry KnowledgeComprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and Egyptian labor law.
