Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance practices.Experience with attendance systems, payroll coordination, leave management, and worker administration.Good communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle blue-collar employees and factory-floor issues directly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP or HR system experience is a plus.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate HR records.Own car is a plusOnly 6th of October City residents
