The role ensures efficient HR service delivery, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support plant operations and workforce effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll OperationsOversee end-to-end payroll processing for plant employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Coordinate attendance, overtime, shift allowances, deductions, and final settlements.Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.Liaise with Finance regarding payroll reconciliation and reporting.Personnel AdministrationManage employee personnel records and documentation.Oversee onboarding, employment contracts, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies.Handle government-related HR documentation and audits where applicable.Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation standards.HRIS ManagementAdminister and maintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity.Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.Coordinate HR system updates, user access, and process improvements.Support automation and digitization of HR operations.Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.Benefits AdministrationManage employee benefits programs including medical insurance, transportation, leave administration, and other company benefits.Coordinate with external providers and insurance vendors.Support employee communication regarding benefits enrollment and claims.Monitor benefits utilization and recommend operational improvements.HR Operations & ComplianceDevelop and improve HR operational procedures and service standards.Ensure HR compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.Monitor HR operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.Employee SupportAct as the primary escalation point for HR operational issues.Support employee relations matters from an operational perspective.Ensure high-quality HR service delivery to plant employees and supervisors.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.10 - 13 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll, personnel, HRIS, and benefits administration.Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll practices, and HR operations.Experience using HRIS and payroll systems.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Key CompetenciesHR Operations ManagementPayroll AdministrationHRIS & Data ManagementPersonnel AdministrationBenefits AdministrationCompliance & Audit ManagementProcess ImprovementAttention to DetailConfidentiality & IntegrityTeam LeadershipReporting & AnalyticsWorking RelationshipsHR DirectorFinance DepartmentPlant ManagementDepartment Heads & SupervisorsExternal Benefits & Insurance ProvidersGovernment and Labor Authorities
