Lead and oversee industrial and engineering projects related to manufacturing operations and facility development.Manage production-related projects including equipment installation, operational readiness, and process improvements.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure effective integration between production processes, machinery, and supporting systems.Review layouts, technical requirements, and engineering plans to support operational efficiency.Supervise utilities and infrastructure enhancement projects to support plant operations.Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and execution quality to ensure alignment with objectives.Support CAPEX planning and monitor project expenditures.Ensure contractors’ compliance with technical and safety standards during project implementation.Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE teams to support smooth project execution with minimal operational impact.Participate in commissioning, startup activities, and operational handover processes.Support automation and operational system improvements where applicable.Review technical documents, specifications, and project-related requirements.Identify project risks and support mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).10+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering project environments.Experience in industrial operations, engineering projects, or facility development is preferred.Exposure to manufacturing sectors such as FMCG, packaging, printing, or industrial production is an advantage.Knowledge of utilities, industrial services, and operational systems is preferred.Experience working within manufacturing environments is preferred.Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts is a plus.Ability to read technical drawings and engineering documentation.Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.PMP certification is preferred.
