This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities, conducting prospecting and lead generation activities, and managing the full sales cycle for IT infrastructure solutions. The specialist will meet with clients to understand business needs, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and collaborate with technical teams to design tailored proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and contract terms, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and ensuring a smooth handover to implementation and support teams. The role also involves building long-term relationships with key accounts, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.QualificationsProven experience in IT Sales with a solid understanding of Information Technology solutions, infrastructure, and services.Strong skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline development.Demonstrated ability in Account Management, with experience nurturing client relationships and driving renewals or upsell opportunities.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, ideally within infrastructure or enterprise solutions.Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and collaborating with cross-functional technical and operations teams.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
