This position is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The specialist will help implement and communicate HR policies, administer employee benefits, and support performance management and personnel actions in line with company standards and local regulations. Day-to-day activities include responding to employee inquiries, assisting with HR documentation and reporting, and supporting HR initiatives that promote engagement, compliance, and a positive workplace culture. The role will collaborate closely with managers and team members across the organization to ensure consistent and fair HR practices.QualificationsStrong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles, including HR Management and general HR operations.Experience developing, interpreting, and applying HR Policies in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee files, tracking attendance and leave, and supporting performance processes.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with HRIS or HR software tools and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
