Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals, drive insurance sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and analyzing financial performance. The role also involves motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
