Contribute in planning and organizing product marketing communication campaigns, events and activations including design & execution of booth, marketing & promotional materials, as well as events logistics along with sustaining the brand image to improve AAIB brand positioning and brand value.Handle the regular updates and review of marketing content and collateral material as received from different lines of business and relaying it to relevant stakeholders.Prepare marketing briefing to creative agencies on IMC campaigns and assigned products/services communication.Handle the daily workflow with agencies, suppliers and ensure the abidance to projects set delivery dates and budget.Conduct market research to select the best service providers in terms of quality & price and conduct regular market scans and desk research in relation to product lines within scope of work.Ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained from relevant parties for marketing initiatives and campaigns, even if the line of business has already obtained them, ensure adherence to internal guidelines and policies.Take part in new initiatives that enhance customer experience, brand awareness and contributes to business objectives.Working on the updates of campaign marketing material and collaterals for branches including internal signage, posters, light boxes, video content on branches’ digital screens in addition to ATM and Qmatic screens.Participate with the network expansion committee in conducting site inspection and choosing the best location for new branches & determine the budget for the required marketing items.Ensure adequate presence and regular updating of marketing material across different lines of business.Handle branch marketing material and related maintenance reports along with the updates of marketing material registry within the IMC department.Working closely with Research Agencies to delivery of an accurate and informative research reports which help achieving positioning strategy, augmenting profits, marketing products and elevating customer satisfaction.Conducting market mapping of Peers’ advertisements and branding elements when necessary.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, business administration or a related discipline.For Integrated Marketing Communication Senior Officer: 3 – 7 years of experience in marketing field.For Integrated Marketing Communication Officer: 0 – 3 years of experience in marketing field.Proven experience and knowledge of the Banking and Financial industries.Proven qualifications & skills related to executing marketing campaigns and managing branch-level activities.Knowledge of production materials and techniquesIT and Digital Background is a plusSkills:Excellent command of English and Arabic languages.Excellent command of MS Office applications.Excellent communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Good writing skills.Creative thinking & problem-solving skills.
